Have you tried cold-infused tea yet? I’m
kinda a lotta obsessed! I know I’m really late to this, but I just recently discovered Twinings cold-infused tea! I was grocery shopping, came across it on the shelf, and thought, here’s a neat little way to drink more water during the day. And the rest was history.
And no, this post is not sponsored by Twinings.
The benefits of drinking water
We hear it everywhere – your body needs water, stay hydrated, drink more water! And it’s true. Drinking enough water each day is important for your health. But why is it so important? This article by healthline.com does a good job of breaking it down.
Drinking enough water each day can:
1 – help with your digestion
2 – help prevent illnesses such as constipation, high blood pressure, kidney stones, exercise-induced asthma, and urinary tract infections
3 – help improve your mood (dehydration can have you feeling tired and anxious)
4 – help keep your skin bright and hydrated
5 – help boost your energy
Just to name a few. Be sure to check out the article for all 16 – that’s right, sixteen – benefits to drinking enough water each day.
Okay, so, we know it’s good for us but how can we drink more of it if we don’t enjoy it?? Enter this cold-infused tea!
A yummy way to drink more water
These little teas contain natural flavours, are sugar-free, contain no artificial sweeteners, and are naturally caffeine-free. It’s the perfect way to add some excitement and variety to the whole daily water drinking thing.
I’m currently enjoying the mango & passionfruit and the strawberry & lemon flavours. Both are yummy, but the mango & passionfruit is my FAVE-ourite. 😍 So if you’re looking to pick up only one flavour right now, that’s the one I recommend (you can shop this flavour here!), but honestly, I can’t wait to try them all. By the way, the mango passionfruit will also fill your room with the greatest passionfruity smell – a sweet little bonus 🙂

How it works
In your 500 ml water bottle, drop in 1 of these little infusers, wait 5 minutes (shaking every once in a while) and enjoy! No need to take out your infuser either – so no fuss or mess. And you can enjoy this deliciousness for up to 8 hours after making – but don’t worry, it won’t last that long!
And just like that, I’ve helped you add 2 more cups of water to your daily intake. You’re welcome, loves! 🙂 Happy cold-infused tea drinking!! xx, Amanda
