Cranberry Moscow Mule — I was looking to make a moscow mule over the holidays because I had picked up some ginger beer at the grocery store the other day. With ginger beer in hand, I was on the search for the perfect recipe to try. And then I found this delicious recipe by The Wooden Skillet! It’s a moscow mule but holiday-ified! This is the perfect festive cocktail to have on New Year’s Eve!

Here’s what you need:
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- ice cubes
- rosemary sprigs
How to make it:
- In a medium-sized saucepan, add cranberries and water and bring to a boil. Once cranberries burst, smash them with a fork and reduce them to a simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- To assemble the cocktail, add a few ice cubes to a copper moscow mule mug, then lime juice, ginger beer, vodka and 2 tablespoons of smashed cranberries.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs. Enjoy!
