I am not a fan of going to the gym. As much as I try to commit to it, I just never feel motivated enough to keep going. My fitness activities usually include some type of outdoor activity, such as going for a walk, a hike, or a run while I listen to my favourite tunes. The bottom line is working out HAS to feel fun. If exercising feels like exercising, there’s a pretty big chance I won’t stick to it for very long. And I know there are sooo many of you who can relate!
Since our time outdoors these days is limited, and with gyms being closed as well (for you gym-lovers out there), it’s important we still find ways to stay active from home. And it’s times like these that I couldn’t be more grateful for the internet. A simple search on Google or YouTube will find you countless free workout videos, making staying active and practicing regular self-care easier than ever.
So, how does one make working out from home also really fun??? Well, by dancing our lil hearts out, that’s how! 💃💃
