Green Smoothie Recipes — January is a month I spend looking for new healthy recipes to include in my diet for the year. Often, these recipes include smoothies. I really like smoothies. I often turn to them when I’m in a hurry and looking for a simple way to get in some nutrients for the day. They are perfect for breakfast or for a mid-day boost of energy. And this year, with the pandemic, more than ever, I’m looking for ways to boost and build a strong immune system.
In my search for healthy (and yummy!) recipes, I’ve come across some green smoothies I can’t wait to try (and to share with you!). These are packed full of nutrients and good-for-you ingredients! So, if you’re also looking for some new healthy smoothie recipes for the year, here are 9 that I’ve added to my list.
Have a happy + well day! xx, Amanda
