5 Healthy Summer Smoothie Recipes

I’m a smoothie lover! I love them for many reasons. They are super customizable, they make for a quick and easy snack or meal, and they are, for the most part, healthy. By using fresh, quality ingredients, and being mindful of the amount of sugar included, you’re pretty much guaranteed a satisfying and guilt-free snack! In the words of Ina Garten, how bad can that be? Let’s get into these healthy summer smoothie recipes!

I’m a fan of healthy-made-easy. I’m a big believer that most of us want to make healthier choices, but they’re often more difficult to do. Whether it’s because we’re too busy and don’t have the time to plan and prepare these healthier choices or they’re too costly to keep up. Smoothies can help with all that.

Simply choosing a couple of fruits and veggies for the week, and whipping them up each morning, is all you need. There is limited prep involved, which is why they’re a simpler way of practicing self-care.

With summer officially being here, I’ve included 5 of my favourite summer smoothie recipes made with yummy, good-for-you, ingredients of the season. Happy smoothie-ING, my lovelies!

# 1 – Raspberry Mango Sunrise Smoothie [Hot Beauty Health]
