Monday Muse — Happy Monday, friends! I hope the weekend has treated you well.
My weekend consisted of some sleeping in (I was so looking forward to staying in bed passed my usual 5:30AM wakeup call! It.was.so.worth.it.), some good coffee (coffee just tastes better on weekend mornings, doesn’t it??), a true crime documentary (have you seen The Night Stalker?? It’s on Netflix. Be warned, it’s really gruesome and terrifying. But I had never heard of this serial killer, so I found it interesting), a glass of wine in the evening (yum!), and some sauteed shishito peppers! Of course, some other stuff happened in between all of that stuff but those were my standouts for sure. 🙃
One thing I’ve really started to embrace about all this staying home during the pandemic is the non-planning. We’re all stuck at home anyway – our plans are limited. It’s a lot more go-with-the-flow kinda stuff going on. And sometimes going with the flow means true crime and shishito peppers, and I’m totally okay with that!
By the way, I’m thinking of featuring the shishito peppers on the blog soon. I love them! I used Ina Garten’s recipe, and they couldn’t be easier to make or yummier. So look out for that soon.
For today’s Monday’s Muse, I wanted to feature the cutest Instagram feed I recently discovered. If you’re into Disney cuteness, pretty flat lays, and pink everything (I really do mean everything – it’s so cute!), you will definitely share in today’s muse.
Be sure to follow @fridayfaye on Instagram for a cuteness overload and have a peek at some of her sweet photos below. Have a wonderful day!! xx, Amanda
