Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail — When I think of New Year’s Eve celebrations, I think of toasting with some champagne!
There’s an extra bit of excitement this New Year’s Eve, wouldn’t you agree? After the challenging year we’ve all had, there’s a special kind of hope for 2021. And even though we aren’t celebrating in quite the same way this year – surrounded by a large group of family and friends – we can still welcome this feeling of renewed hope with the few living in our household or with loved ones virtually and a pretty drink in hand.
Whichever way you’re celebrating today, here’s a little something you can sip on tonight.
