As someone who has struggled with debilitating fear and anxiety, self-help books have saved me time and time again. I swear by them.
There are countless self-help books out there – some wonderful, and others not so wonderful. But, they all serve one essential purpose: to help you improve yourself or some aspect of your life – how incredibly powerful these books can be!

6 Self-Help Books For Fear and Anxiety:
# 1 – You are a badass: How to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life by Jen Sincero

This book, through stories and exercises, will motivate you to achieve the life you always wanted and, quite frankly, leave you feeling like an empowered badass. Jen Sincero does all this by breaking the book down into five parts:
- How You Got This Way
- How To Embrace Your Inner Badass
- How To Tap Into The Motherlode
- How To Get Over Your B.S. Already
- How To Kick Some Ass
