String of Pearls Plant – I’m in the midst of redecorating, and I’m looking to add more plants to my space. I wouldn’t say I’ve become a full-fledged plant parent yet, sadly I haven’t had the best track record with keeping my plant babies alive for very long, but I’m definitely ready to take a major step into plant parenthood. I’ve been learning more about them, and I feel like I’m in a better place at managing my own stress and anxiety so that I’m actually able to focus on giving these babies the love and dedication they deserve. It’s a good feeling.
I’ve also noticed that any time I have plants around me, I feel calmer and more at peace. And I could always use more of that. More than just a feeling, these little guys really do impact our well-being in such important ways. I’ve been studying up on houseplants a lot lately and haven’t yet made any final decisions. There are just so many options, and let’s face it, becoming a parent is not a choice one can make lightly – amirite?! But I’ve been enjoying the learning process and thought maybe some of you, soon-to-be plant parents, are looking to learn more as well.
