Salads get a bad rep! They’re often thought of as bland and boring. And sometimes they are! But they don’t HAVE to be. Here’s the deal – eating healthy needs to be satisfying to your taste buds and enjoyable. If you’re not getting any joy from your healthy food choices, the chances of you continuing to make healthier eating options become slim.
So, how can you enjoy a nutritious salad? Choose ingredients that you love, ones that feel indulgent and are packed with flavour, and top it all off with the perfect complimentary dressing.

- They are ridiculously easy and quick to prepare. Life is messy and complicated. When my food is simple, I’m down with that!

- They are incredibly nutritious. Healthy ingredient combinations can lead to a one-stop-shop for all your daily nutrition!
