The Fall Edit — It’s official, you guys, fall is here. And I couldn’t be happier. 🙂
On my lifelong journey of finding wellness and happiness, I’ve been making an effort to be more grateful. And not just thankful for the big things, like the roof over my head, those big things tend to be easier to feel grateful for, but for the little things as well. Like the way the leaves change into pretty colours in the fall, those kinds of little things. My day is full of these little things when I’m choosing to pay attention to them.
Whenever a new season starts, my world gets infused with new sights, smells, and tastes to be grateful for. And it’s really exciting. It’s like an overload of these incredible little things that mean so much.
Fall is a special season because it exudes comfort. We all want comfort in life – that feeling of serenity and complete peace that comes with being blissfully comfortable. Fall gives us that.
With its warm flavours and scents, coziest fabrics, heartiest foods – it gives us all of these amazing things. So, today, I ask you to join me in choosing to pay attention to them.
