A perfectly refreshing drink to enjoy this summer! This recipe makes about 5 cups.
Cut watermelon in half. Using a large spoon, scoop chunks of watermelon into a blender. Discard the rind.
Pulse until pulverized. Taste. For extra flavour, add freshly squeezed lemon juice, and for extra sweetness, add agave nectar. Add each one tablespoon at a time, pulsing for a few seconds after each tablespoon and tasting after each one until you've reached your preferred taste.
To remove pulp and seeds, strain over a fine-mesh sieve.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Don't strain for additional nutrients!
